Shipping policy

 

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver a small batch of parcels, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Free delivery on orders over $100 AUD. 

Shipping Fee varies based on where you're located.

The time frame for Made-to-orders delivery is divided into two parts:

    • Crafting time: Order verification, production, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our small team for production within 24 hours after the order is placed. The team processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 business days. We schedule our crafting time on Wednesdays & Fridays. 

    • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the studio to the destination. After processing and leaving the studio, items usually take between 5 and 10 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. We currently don't ship Internationally

Please place your Christmas gift orders by Wednesday 17th December

Interstate:

To ensure your candles arrive in time for Christmas, please order by Sunday 14th December

We will continue to accept orders after these dates after this date and will do our very best to dispatch them promptly; however, delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed

Click and collect will be available till 4pm Friday 19th December

 

:gift: Holiday Trading Period

From Christmas Day, we will be taking a short break to relax and recharge.

We’ll be back and processing orders from 5th January 2026.

All orders placed during the holiday break will be processed in the week commencing 5th January.
